From here we can provide the planning and design concept to suit your needs and most importantly, your budget. Once we are confident that we have a thorough understanding of your needs and individual taste, we prepare your detailed proposal.
Our proposal is fixed price, with no hidden cost, which means no nasty surprises. Any add-ons required by our customers will be shown in fixed add-on pricing as well.
To give our customer assurance of our work commitment, our standard practice does not require any initial payment from you before commencement of work.
Once the proposal is accepted and agreed, we shall proceed with arrangement of our schedule of delivery.
We first proceed to remove existing wall sheeting, tiles and existing fittings, such as shower screen, bath, vanity unit, WC, as required, in a safe and proper handling method with minimal disruption, including proper disposal of the waste material. If there is existing asbestos in your bathroom, we can include the asbestos removal. We work with registered and professional asbestos removalists, conforming to the local regulatory standards.
We will replace any water damaged timber walls and flooring.
Prior to commencement of renovation work, we will assess existing plumbing and drainage and will modify these to suit the new bathroom design as required.
New wall sheeting is applied in preparation to waterproofing and tiling works.

For a bathroom to be both functional and long-lasting, it is vital to create an impermeable barrier between the water that will inevitably be splashed about and the structural components of the bathroom. Our team has the expertise and know-how to provide the proper waterproofing to your bathroom.
To minimise your headaches for the daunting task of searching for the myriad choice of tiles, the hassle of scheduling delivery, etc, our standard proposal includes the supply and installation of the tiles. Our network of suppliers means you will get quality tiles with the latest design to choose from, to suit your needs. Once you have chosen the tiles, we will proceed to tiling works.
If you want to supply your own tiles, we are happy to allow you the flexibility to do so.
Our standard proposal includes the supply and installation of quality vanity unit, sink taps and shower screen. We also provide the flexibility for you to supply your own and also add-ons to any other fixtures or fittings or a bathtub, as you may need for your new bathroom.
The final touch to complete the bathroom renovation is painting works and you are ready to enjoy your new bathroom.
We handle all rubbish removal and disposal during renovations and after job is completed.
